CHAD SMITH

     Chad was born and raised in southwest Mississippi.  He graduated from Copiah-Lincoln Community College, Mississippi State University, and the Mississippi College School of Law.  Chad was recognized for athletic achievement at Co-Lin, and also earned a variety of academic honors during law school, ranging from individual course awards to Law Review.  Chad is an experienced trial lawyer in state and federal courts.

     After working for large local defense firms for several years, Chad decided to open his own practice in order to have complete autonomy to represent his clients the way he sees fit, which is with an aggressive approach.  Chad has practiced on the defense side, and knows the tactics the defense attorneys will use.  This knowledge will be beneficial to you as we work together to protect your legal rights.
